Nikki Bella enters a new relationship
Currently, Brie and Nikki Bella are no more active in-ring competitors and focussed more on their outside ventures of WWE. Brie has already become a mother who is perhaps going for the number two baby. So a career-end for her seemed evident. But we did not expect the same from her elder sister.
As reported earlier, Nikki Bella also decided to come up with the shocker in the finale episode of Total Bellas season four. She dropped the bombshell speaking about not being able to cope up with the WWE scheduled and decided to hang up the boots for good sending their fanbase to full frenzy.
Originally, we have speculated that The Bella Twins are willing to focus on their business. But Nikki Bella has confirmed that it is not the main reason behind the retirement confirmation. Apparently, her body is unable to bear the workload that a pro-wrestler needs to endure during in-ring performances.
Here’s more from her from The Bellas Podcast,
“Something we really couldn’t air on Total Bellas is that people didn’t realize how hard my comeback was for me to go back to a place that I called home and met the love of my life.”
She continued, “[…] when they showed you that I made the decision [to retire] because I couldn’t hang with the girls in the ring anymore, what they also don’t air—because they never want me to talk about my neck [but] it is because of my neck.”
So once again the infamous neck injury came into play while forcing Nikki Bella to take a permanent hiatus from pro-wrestling. The elder Bella has also brought up the similar condition of Paige that caused a paralytic situation at one point. She had spoken of a same damaged neck in the below statements,
“You saw what happened to Paige. Paige and I have the same hardware. So if I was to get kicked in the back of the head, I would get paralyzed too or even worse.”
