On April 2nd, we have seen an “End of an Era” at the Citrus Bowl at Wrestlemania 33 with the retirement of the Undertaker.
It was the greatest performer ever to step foot inside the squared circle who decided to bid goodbye the WWE. He did it in a symbolic way by leaving his wrestling gears in the middle of the ring. No official announcement was made by the company that Taker has retired.
In the recently posted updates put by WWE on their official website and social media, they also speculated the retirement of the Deadman rather than solidify the fact. This opened up a slight possibility of whether Undertaker will show up once again, in near future or not.
However, the possibilities of the same are least at this point. We have to make the speculations into legit one in this matter. According to a report from cagesideseats.com, no official statement is about to come from WWE regarding the retirement of the Phenome.
According to the source, WWE wants the fans to be indulged into the moment by not declaring it publicly. The audience will be speculating with Taker’s future for months to come making it a trending one.
So, the company will not acknowledge the issue for a long time now.
The source also reported that WWE believes the retirement moment came as a perfect one. The ending of the Phenomenon known as the Undertaker came with perfect indications and no words.
It matched that mythical character that he played on-screen for over 26 years. The entire crowd was on their feet to pay tribute to the most beloved character created by WWE.

Also, the social media posts from the who’s who from pro-wrestling circuit make us believe that Undertaker had wrestled his last match in the WWE.
Considering Undertaker’s age and the battles that he had been facing over the years, it is unlikely that he will return for more matches in the WWE.
Sources like Forbes.com have already claimed that although it was a heartbreaking incident for the fans, the retirement was a long time overdue and happened for good.
