It can be treated as another day and another Paige-Del Rio news. Over the one year of the span, we have been giving endless news regarding this couple and their involvements in serious mishaps. The latest into the list was an investigation for the domestic battery allegation on both of them.
A serious altercation took place between both of them in which both of them went bad-mouth to one another. Following the incident that happened at the Orlando International Airport, a case was filed against them with the domestic battery allegation. The police department continued the investigation on the matter and recently they have reached to the initial outcome.
According to them, Paige herself was found guilty and the police department has recommended the attorneys to lodge charges against him in the court. This is what the official statement of the police department said,
“OPD detectives have found that probable cause exists to charge Saraya Bevis [aka Paige] with Battery (Domestic Violence). Detectives have sent the information to the State Attorney’s Office for review and the SAO will determine whether to file charges in the case.”
Since WWE still owns Paige via her contract, it’s a fact that they will take a step against her if any court case lodged. The company does not tolerate these kinds of actions, at all and so it will likely be the end of Paige’s WWE career. Check out what the WWE’s policy says about the domestic violation:
“WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, child abuse, and sexual assault. Upon arrest for such misconduct, a WWE talent will be immediately suspended. Upon conviction for such misconduct, a WWE talent will be immediately terminated.”

With that being said, it’s now clarified that Alberto Del Rio is no more accused of the allegation that Paige’s brothers claimed. Recently Pro-wrestling sheet revealed that the GFW star is out of danger since the police department has not found anything against him.
The GFW promotion is constantly keeping their eyes on the situation and is likely to lift the ban put on the Mexican Aristocrat. He was indefinitely suspended by the company following the Orlando incident that took place on July 9th. In case you don’t know, Del Rio is also the undisputed GFW champion and so keeping the prime superstars out of the promotion does not favour the company, at all.
