WWE News: Paige Injured in WWE House Show 1

It looks like the injury season has just started to pick up for the WWE Superstars. After the likes of Noam Dar, Dean Ambrose, the newest addition to the list is none other than the woman who is dominating the women’s division, right now. Paige, the leader of the Absolution, is hurt legit in a WWE Live event that took place, last night and the effect of the injury is said to be much severe.

WWE is hosting a string of house shows, this week as part their Holiday tour to entertain the fans. It is a rigorous week for both the Raw and Smackdown superstars who did not even receive the chance to spend the Christmas, properly, this year.

For the first time, the Raw roster was forced to work on December 25th live from Chicago, Illinois. The schedule continued for them for the following days and Paige might have caught a busy schedule.

Last night, WWE hosted the Raw-exclusive live event from Uniondale, New York where a rematch took place. The Absolution featuring Paige, Mandy Rose, and Sonya Deville featured in a match against Sasha Banks, Bayley, and Mickie James.

As per the leaked pictures and videos by the fans, it was clear that Paige took a nasty bump in the middle of the ring and hurt herself.

It was a scary scene at the Nassau Coliseum, as we could hear even a pin drop following the incident. The referee was checking the former Divas Champion after the bump, and the match got terminated, immediately.

The anti-Diva was in no condition to continue. Moreover, a stretcher was called down to take her back to the locker room.

According to the eyewitnesses, Paige was down after a nasty kick from Sasha Banks. She might have suffered a shoulder injury which might have taken place at the worst time. It is still not clear whether she had to miss a lot of action owing to the injury.

The positive part is that the famous superstar was able to walk on her own while heading to the back and did not need the stretcher. We expect to learn more updates on this injury in days to follow. Hopefully, the leader of the string faction on WWE Raw gets well soon with no harm causing to their momentum.
