Paige came back to the WWE after a hiatus of over one and a half year. She was dealing with a devastating neck injury that forced her to stay away from in-ring competition from last year’s July. During the end of last year, she was forced to undergo surgery to fix the issues as the rehab process continued until this year’ Summerslam.
Following the biggest event of the summer, Paige was back to the WWE performance center to get over the ring rust process. Her triumphant return was reserved for the post-Survivor Series episode of WWE Raw where the crowd came unglued after her music hit the arena. They were expecting to see her for a long time now.
The women’s division turned upside down on that night, as well as she brought a couple of NXT names, Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose alongside her to form a faction. They interrupted a fatal-4-way number one contender’s match for the women’s championship. The women present in the ring received a vicious attack at the hands of the group that has been named The Absolution.

The group has literally taken over the women’s division present on the flagship program of the company changing the course. During a recent Youtube video on the channel, Glampire Diaries, Paige was asked about her feeling while coming back to her house.

According to her, she was quite nervous about the crowd’s reaction on that night. But, it was overwhelming and definitely above the expectations that gave her the confidence to go forward and made a huge impact. Check out her feelings about this comeback,
“It was insane to hear the crowd pop. First of all, I wasn’t expecting it to be that loud, which was also incredible. Also, I was trying to keep my crap together because I was just like… oh my gosh, I felt so nervous.
But, yeah, it felt really good. It felt really, really good. I felt like ‘people like me, they really like me.’ No, it just felt really great, so thank you, everyone, for the support.”
