Smackdown from Manchester kicked off with the home country favorite, Paige. She alongside the commissioner first declared the men’s division Survivor Series team. They declared Daniel Bryan and The Miz as the co-captains of Team Smackdown. They were able to determine the rest of the squad in the form of Shane McMahon, Rey Mysterio, and Samoa Joe.

But the same thing did not happen with the women’s division, though. One of the main reasons turned out to be Mandy Rose! It was quite surprising to see her getting the spotlight all of a sudden. But then again it’s always good to someone beautiful like The Golden Goddess getting the elevation on the roster. It was up to Paige while she declared the Team Smackdown women’s division after appearing on the show for the second time.
She first introduced Carmella into the team who appeared alongside R-Truth to the show. Naomi, Sonya Deville, and Asuka followed the Princess of Staten Island, sooner. Charlotte Flair was the last name on Smackdown women’s division team introduced by Paige. Her music played inside the arena but she did not come out. It’s a must-to-mention that Paige wanted to make her the Team Captain of this year.

But she doubted her ability to get the job done and hence denied to do so last week. This week, we were about to get an update on her status as Paige requested her to reconsider her decision. However, she never came out and Mandy Rose replaced her, instead. She had a mic in hand and cut a long promo about the selected women superstars for Survivor Series.
She specifically mentioned Sonya Deville whom she eliminated at the Evolution Battle Royal. Well, she made it into the Smackdown women’s team while Paige left out Mandy Rose. She wanted to know an explanation about it. Mandy also mentioned Asuka who is a forgotten name in the women’s division before targeting Naomi. The former champion could take any more and started hammering away on Mandy Rose.
A fight was about to break out loose until the rest of the names decided to separate these two. After what went down in this segment, it might be certain that Paige might make a couple of changes on the team, next week. Mandy Rose should be a sure-shot inclusion at Survivor Series team from Smackdown. We also wait to hear about Charlotte’s mysterious absence from the show without any proper reason.
