WWE News: Potential Planning Around an All-Women PPV Event 1
courtesy Twitter

We had previously reported about an all-women PPV event. WWE is leaving no stones unturned for making the women’s revolution a benchmark process.

This upcoming show is the most likely addition to their accolades in the forthcoming days. There has not been a show before this where only female wrestlers took part.

Apparently, the unthinkable will happen, very soon according to the recent updates. The fact that Stephanie McMahon will come up with an announcement increases the possibility of the same even higher.

Rumours are going around the internet that she will confirm the all-women PPV event by appearing on tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw. She was the one to officially announce the women’s division Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber match, as well.

So, there can’t be a better option available in the company to make the all-women even public. In the meantime, we are getting some updates about the backstage planning around this spectacular show around the female division. PWInsider.com has come up with a follow-up report on this particular PPV event.

As per the source, the officials are nurturing the idea in their future program schedule. They are quite positive about hosting this all-women PPV event. If the higher-ups give the green signal, then the event is likely to take place on September 30. The source also disclosed the venue to be the Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, Uniondale, New York.

We have to keep in mind there will be a taped edition just one day later to that particular date. It still keeps some uncertainty over the all-women show. Here are some updates from stillrealtous.com,

“WWE does not currently have any events listed for Sunday, September 30th, so it’s been speculated that the event could take place on that date, but it’s also worth noting that WWE does currently have an episode of Raw scheduled in Seattle for October 1st, which could create logistical issues for the event.”

We ought to note the WWE SuperShowDown will also be there from the Melbourne Cricket Ground on October 8th. Plus, Hell in a Cell is also there on September 16th in San Antonio. So, there will be three PPV events within three weeks which makes the superstars’ job tougher than ever.

Going by this logic, WWE might want to push back the all-women show. We wait for a final confirmation on this matter from Stephanie on WWE Raw.
