WWE News: Real reason for Paige’s absence revealed 1

There’s no stopping to the rumor mill when it comes to the anti-Diva Paige. For the past couple of months, the social media has been over with the former Divas champion even when she is not in the WWE ring on a full-time basis. Be it Paige going into the police custody, break-up with alleged boyfriend Del Rio or even the pregnant rumors which are buzzing through the WWE Universe, she is headlining with all of these.
Adding fuels to the rumors, Paige has also been removed from WWE tour of Australia and New Zealand. She was scheduled to team up with Sasha Banks against Charlotte and Dana Brooke. In her absence, Sasha will have to go in a two-on-one handicap match. The reason behind this was not clarified and the internet turned frenzy talking about her being sacked or pregnant.
However, Paige’s mother has now clarified that her daughter is injured and taking time off for the same. Saraya Knight, who runs a wrestling company in England, took her Twitter handle to address the rumors that have been running around the social media. She was outrageous over the rumors that the 23-year-old Diva is either fired from WWE or pregnant.

With this sudden outburst from Paige’s mother, we now know the real reason behind her absence. Though, nothing was told by her about the nature of the injury or how much time it will take to heal in the process.
Before being drafted to Raw, Paige was last seen in a tag team match with Sasha Banks against Charlotte and Dana Brooke on the 27th June episode of Monday Night Raw.
