As per the recent reports, WWE Creative is trying hard to create some new superstars to establish as some of the successful superstars from the past. AJ Styles is reportedly being built as the imitation of CM Punk, the classic heel persona whom the fans loved so much for speaking the truth. Apart from Styles, another one is on the verge to become the most beloved superstar in the WWE Universe.
A report from cagesideseats.com suggests that Sami Zayn is going to be built as the next fan favorite, much like Daniel Bryan. His tremendous in-ring agility in the squared circle, his fame around the indy circuit as well as here in WWE impressed Vince McMahon and the Creative has already selected him to push as the next Daniel Bryan. That means he will not be seen in winning streaks in the upcoming months. We would see him rather ending up as the loser in most of the matches. As a result, he will gain the sympathy of the crowd which in turn will help his character to be built as the “underdog from the underground.” Sami will be booked to come this close from winning the bout but eventually will never be able to do that.
Now, speaking of Daniel Bryan, he was a phenomenon around the pro-wrestling industry. The love and affection he got from the entire WWE Universe is a no matchup, rather incomparable. So, to replicate such an idea is the hardest for both WWE Creative and Sami Zayn. Now, reports tell that Vince McMahon is strongly backing up the idea who believes Sami’s lovability around the fans would automatically invest for the storyline. With that being said, Sami Zayn will not be getting any strong push, as of now. But, now WWE has to be more careful to use such a talent that Sami is because wasting a talent like him will pull him down to the mid-card level.
