WWE Raw from Richmond Virginia shaped up to be significant with a Gauntlet Match. It was the only second such match for the women’s division.
Only one such Gauntlet Match took place on the female roster of the WWE before this. That was last year when Nia Jax won the contest to create history.
This time around the last spot on the Women’s MITB ladder match was up for grabs. One position from WWE Raw was available for this upcoming contest.
Eight women could participate from both Monday and Tuesday Night shows. Seven names have already punched their tickets for it.
Alexa Bliss, Ember Moon, and Natalya were three names from WWE Raw. The remaining four names from WWE Smackdown Live were Charlotte Flair, Naomi, Lana and Becky Lynch. The winner of this Gauntlet Match was going to be the eighth and final participant for MITB ladder match.
The capacity was very much high, as seven women competed in this bout. Sasha Banks, Mickie James, Dana Brooke, Bayley, Ruby Riott, Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan were those names. It turned out to be the main event of WWE Raw, last night.

These were the six matches hosted during the gauntlet segment,
Bayley vs Liv Morgan
It was the starting lineup of the match which ended quickly. Bayley avoided a clothesline to hit the Bayley-to-belly on Morgan to get the win. The contest lasted for merely some seconds.
Bayley vs Sarah Logan
Riott Squad’s second member Sarah Logan joined the match to dominate for sometimes. But Bayley stunned her with a roll-up to eliminate her from the match.

Bayley vs Ruby Riott
The leader of the Riott Squad arrived on the scene. She proved to be a roadblock for the Hugger. Riott snapped Bayley’s shoulder and hit the Riott kick for the win.
Ruby Riott vs Dana Brooke
Dana Brooke joined the match on WWE Raw to get stomped by Riott. Brooke delivered a handspring back elbow to capitalise momentarily. Riott hit a Riott kick all of a sudden to get the win.

Ruby Riott vs Mickie James
James pulled out Riott from the ring playing mind games. She gave a Thesz Press off the apron to her opponent. But Riott avoided a Mick Kick and rolled her up with a handful of tights to get the win.

Ruby Riott vs Sasha Banks
The gauntlet match came down to these two bitter rivals of WWE Raw.
Banks failed to get the pin after a Powerbomb. She fought off the other members of the Riott Squad and managed to lock in the Bank Statement.
Ruby Riott had no choice but to tap out. Sasha Banks became the winner of this contest. She is the eighth and final participant of the women’s MITB ladder match.
