WWE News: Several WWE Superstars Contract Will Be Up For Grabs 1

When it comes to the WWE, they are the biggest pro-wrestling promotion in the entire world. Most of the elite superstars in the industry are possessed by them to keep the top spot intact. No other company has to maintain a huge three-way roster for Raw, Smackdown and NXT.

Also, the WWE Network specials like the Cruiserweight Classic, United Kingdom tournament and the Mae Young Classic brought more names to the company who had their contract to a certain extent. To perform under the banner of WWE, each of the superstars has to make a deal with the company for a certain amount of time. Once that gets expired, the concerned superstar becomes a free agent.

Considering the recent reports, it is certain that some marquee players’ contract with the WWE is going end, sooner which might affect the product, going forward. According to the reports of fightful.com, Brock Lesnar is the first name who comes to mind whose contract will be up for grabs following Wrestlemania 34 in April 2018.

He has been the biggest box office attraction in the company from the moment he stepped back his foot into the WWE in 2012. A match in the bigger PPVs of the year has been reserved till date to sell the event out. So, if he decides to leave, then it will create a huge void on the roster. No possible replacements have been found to replace the beast.

Big Show is another one who is the loyal employee to the company for over two decades. Whenever there was a lack of star power on the show, he was called for one-off stints. However, the veteran is not likely to renew the deal once it expires in February 2018. He is undergoing a hip surgery which might not let him go back into the WWE ring, anyways.

Apart from this, another star power will be missing from Smackdown if Daniel Bryan chooses to stay away from WWE after his contract expires in September 2018. He is much determined to wrestle outside the WWE once the contract is over.

Lastly, Paige who has undergone a lot of troubles in recent times will be over with the WWE in 2019. Considering her bitter-sweet relationship with the WWE, it is likely that she will choose not to wrestle in the WWE, anymore, too.
