WWE News: Shane McMahon Brutally Attacked on Smackdown Live 1

Last night, we were about to hear an announcement from Shane McMahon. As per the updates were given on WWE.com, the commissioner of the show was set for a declaration with Wrestlemania implications written over it.

The speculations were that this would be oriented with Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn after they betrayed each other at the Fastlane PPV event.

To remind of the same, footages were shown from the PPV event where both Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn prevented each other from getting pinfall wins. Furthermore, Owens also delivered a huge superkick on Shane, himself in between the match.

So, Shane-o-mac noted these two had crossed their lines especially when Owens put his hands on Vince McMahon, last September. To do justice to the situation, a Wrestlemania match was announced where Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn would take on each other.

Shane McMahon also announced the absence of Daniel Bryan from the show who will come back, next week. Going forward, he will be in charge of the show, solely. The prodigal son of the WWE will not be present on Smackdown Live since he needs an indefinite leave of absence, effective immediately.

The heel duo came out to interrupt the commissioner, quickly. They were happy to hear the announcement that Shane will be gone from the show, finally. Sami Zayn also showed up with a mic in hand and went to his face, directly. They both thanked Shane for leaving and started attacking their boss, immediately.

After delivering multiple shots, Owens delivered a big knee to Shane. After that, he set up him for a Helluva Kick from Zayn. Then he pushed him into the prizefighter who delivered a pop-up powerbomb to put the commissioner down. Multiple referees ran out to the ring, but they were shoved off by Owens, right away.

After that, he brought a chair into the mix and put it around Shane’s neck. He sent Shane right into the steel ring post which hurt him bad.

Shane McMahon was dragged to the backstage area where he digested a final powerbomb on a metal structure. EMT officials ran out to cover up the younger McMahon.

A stretcher was brought to take him out of the arena, as the show went off the air. We expect to receive further updates on his condition in the upcoming days.
