WWE News: Stone Cold Steve Austin Returned on Raw 25th Anniversary 1

Stone Cold Steve Austin is that one name who has become synonymous with the flagship show of the WWE, Monday Night Raw. It was his presence back in the Attitude Era that led the show in getting success. With his super-human persona, this man has become the greatest superstar in the history of WWE Raw, according to many.

So, whenever the former franchise player comes back, it’s a night to remember for the fans. Two weeks ago, the officials of the company locked in him to make an appearance to his show that reached a milestone of the 25th anniversary, last night.

It is needless to say that the hypes around the return of the Texas Rattlesnake were much bigger amongst the fans. After two and half years’ of hiatus, he finally made his return on WWE Raw confronting his bitter rival over the ages, Vince McMahon.

The Boss of the WWE was out there alongside his son and daughter, Shane and Stephanie McMahon who was addressing the crowd. They wanted to give their father a plaque celebrating 25 years of WWE Raw and him being the reason to build this empire called WWE.

Vince portraying his classy image did not want to get pats on his back and stopped the crowd to do so. As a huge groan was coming out from the audience, the infamous glass break shattering sound hit the arena to make them awake. Stone Cold appeared in the Barclays Center to a thunderous reception.

The crowd was on their feet, as he confronted all the McMahons present in the ring. The audience did not take a long time pledging for stunners for old times’ sake. Vince warned him that he is an old man now. So, he should not be doing his past antics.

Stone Cold addressed this with a stunner to Shane McMahon who was handing a beer to him. Vince went to leave the ring but stopped when Stone Cold’s music played. He ate that much-anticipated stunner. Later, the Hall of Famer rose Shane from his sleep and delivered another stunner to end the segment that was entertaining ”as hell”.
