WWE has already started to advertise Summerslam 2019 which does not have Dean Ambrose, Ronda Rousey, and Brock Lesnar featuring in it. These are all the top superstars of the company that should feature in big matches. With these names missing, this could be an indication of the future roster of the WWE.
Promotional posters for Summerslam excluding these three names hint that they will not be a part of the WWE programming by then. Brock Lesnar has always been a confirmed name to appear on this particular show. He competed in the main event of Summerslam for five consecutive years.
But going by the current ads, this might be the first time since 2012, that he will not be a part of Summerslam. There are no confirmations on when his contract is coming to an end. For now, he is set to defend the Universal Championship against Seth Rollins at Wrestlemania 35. This could be his final match in WWE stint if the contract expires on that night.
As for Ronda Rousey, WWE is not advertising her in any shows following Wrestlemania 35. Her contract is not coming to an end. But she might go into a hiatus after featuring in competition for the entire 2018. Lastly, WWE has confirmed that Dean Ambrose will leave in April. So there’s no chance for him to show up at Summerslam.
