We are just hours away from the event WWE Draft which could turn the biggest wrestling promotion in the world upside down. As the fans wanted it for a long-time WWE came up with the idea of the brand split and a brand extension WWE Draft which will take place on Tuesday. From July 19th, Smackdown will start airing live on the USA Network on every Tuesday. The countdown begins as the WWE Draft will determine which superstar and championship are going to stay on which brand.
Now we have almost reached the boiling point and several reports are surfacing regarding some last minute alterations made in the originally planned separate rosters. It means a particular superstar planned for a particular show will not end up landing on the show as planned.
Dave Meltzer from Wrestling Observer Radio notes that superstars from Raw will be seen competing on ‘Superstars’ whereas the members of Smackdown will be seen on ‘Main Event’. These are two taped shows of WWE televised programming with no such fall-outs.
F4WOnilne.com also reports that there are talking to split up some tag teams and backstage talking are going on regarding this. The New Day, Enzo and Cass and The Dudley Boyz are the target and they are being asked their perspective if getting separated.
Another huge concern is over the faces from each show. Previous rumors suggested that Vince McMahon was intended to install Roman Reigns for one show and John Cena for another one but he is disappointed with the Samoan superstar after he got suspended for the Wellness Policy Violation and will give more strength to Seth Rollins and AJ Styles.
