On this week’s episode of WWE Raw, we had witnessed a big triple threat match featuring three tag teams of the division. The tensions are running quite high among the pairs of Rollins-Ambrose, Gallows-Anderson, and Sheamus-Cesaro. So, the bad blood culminated the match where anything was legal for those teams.
The latter mentioned team picked up the win to gain momentum for this Sunday night’s No Mercy PPV. At the upcoming PPV, they will get the rematch for the Raw tag team championships.
Quite interestingly, while finishing the match, the former tag team champions used an iconic move from the legendary Dudley Boyz. Back then in the attitude era, this move was made famous by Bubba Rey and D-Von Dudley. It is also the same move from which nobody had kicked out, ever.
Sheamus held Anderson high above his shoulder, whereas, Cesaro connected with the 3D move to pick up the win. It is quite obvious that using the move has raised a lot of questions among the fans as of why this was used. Furthermore, the Dudley Boyz has also reacted to this move being performed without their permission.

Bubba Rey posted a gif on his twitter handle of the 3D move on Christian pointing out that how this can be made perfect. From his reaction, it was quite clear that he was not happy with it.
@WWE I’ve seen that before. I wonder where? Great job boys ! My hats off to you too. Glad to have been there to see it. #3D #TESTIFY https://t.co/oQytqomLo2

On the other hand, D-Von Dudley had a different take on this matter. As per his comments, he was glad to see the iconic move being repeated by two of the great performers in the WWE. So, although, they used to be a tag team, they certainly have a difference of opinion.
As of now, Bubba Rey is not attached to the WWE, at all after leaving the company following last year’s Summerslam. He is performing in the indie scenes, ever since then. On the other hand, D-Von Dudley is still present in the WWE scene in a backstage role. He acts as a producer and can be seen in the backstage area during televised shows.
