The anticipation with The Shield finally coming together on the same page was there from the last week.
The past week, when WWE Raw went off the air, we witnessed a glimpse of Roman Reigns getting along with Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins in the same frame. It was the big indication of the popular faction coming back together after a long time.
Last night’s episode of WWE Raw went live with The Miz and Curtis Axel standing together inside the ring. Bo Dallas was noticeably missing from the show since he was the victim of Roman Reigns’ chair-attack, last week. The opening segment from Indianapolis witnessed a tribute from The Miz to his partner.

Later, the already announced Miz TV took place with Sheamus-Cesaro being the guests for The Miz. Also, The Hollywood A-lister presented the second edition of The Mizzie Awards to his guests on the show. Each member standing inside the ring received one award including the hero himself, The Miz.
As expected, their moment did not last long with Roman Reigns’ music hit the arena. He backed down from fighting four men standing inside the ring. But, Dean Ambrose’s music hit, as he stood by The Big Dog. Later, Seth Rollins joined the duo to complete The Shield, as the crowd literally erupted.

The Hounds of Justice surrounded the ring just like they used to do in their older times and pounced on the four men present in the ring. Despite the number games being not in favour of them, they gained the upper hand and showed why they are the most influential faction in the WWE.
Superman punches were delivered to Sheamus and Cesaro to get the Bar neutralised, whereas, The Miz was left alone inside the ring. He tried to escape through the crowd, but the trio jumped outside the ring and chased him down. He was brought inside in and digested the pendant move of the Shield, The Triple-Powerbomb. It was a mark-out moment for the fans present in the arena or TV while Ambrose, Rollins, and Reigns did their pendant fist-bump to close the segment.
