It is almost certain the Undertaker is working more days in 2018. He pleased the WWE Universe by resurfacing at Wrestlemania 34. We have wondered a lot about his retirement from last year onwards. Roman Reigns handed him his second-ever loss at Wrestlemania 33.

It started potential speculations about the retirement of the Deadman. Thankfully he not only came back but also looked in a better-than-ever shape. It is why WWE allowed him to defeat John Cena under 4 minutes of time. Later he followed it up with another victory at Greatest Royal Rumble event.

Rusev was his victim this time around in a Casket Match. Undertaker is also a part of the MSG live event on July 7th. It increased the chances of seeing him at the biggest event of the summer, as well. Recent updates are suggesting that he has come up with an angle.

Undertaker teaming up with Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman to face Kevin Owens, Elias and Baron Corbin at Madison Square Garden might be the beginning of a long schedule for him. The creative team had already presented him with a story. It looks like the angle goes way back for him.

Here’s the update from the source, WrestleVotes,

“The Undertaker has been presented w/ a story & match for SummerSlam. The source said him working MSG along with Australia in October should be a good sign for SummerSlam. I can add that the idea is something Taker was pushing for at one point.”

There’s no concrete update about what this storyline exactly is. Rumours suggest the continuation of the Undertaker vs John Cena match might happen at Summerslam this year. However, there’re uncertainties about Cena’s status in WWE for August.

If this remains intact, then chances are less to see this Wrestlemania rematch. Instead, a fresh storyline will become a reality. Whatever the matter turns out to be the Undertaker might be present on TV during the biggest event of summer and even beyond that.

The Super-show-down event in October is advertising him in the main event. It suggests he will be around our tv screen for a significant amount of time. He is set to take on against Triple H on the upcoming show in Australia.
