Reports have become endless at this point around The Undertaker. This is that time of the year where this man is a must-mention in the WWE to feature at the biggest event of the year. Vince McMahon not happy with Undertaker
Unlike the previous years, WWE has not started any storyline angle featuring him. This is the reason why there are speculations all over the pro-wrestling world suggesting his absence from the show. Previously we have come up with a positive update on his Wrestlemania appearance. There’s more to the previous news.
As reported by Slice Wrestling, The Undertaker himself is interested to compete in a match at Wrestlemania. He has already chosen the opponent i.e. Finn Balor. It should be the Demon King version of the former NXT Champion who should go to a dream war against The Deadman. WWE creative team is discussing the matchup, right now.
They are not sure whether to add this match at Wrestlemania 35 match card or leave it for the next year. It was the original choice of matchup around the officials back in January. Finn Balor shared a picture against the Deadman to drop the first hint. Going by the source, the original plans are back on the table for The Undertaker.
Meanwhile, Finn Balor recently appeared on The Kris Fade Show to represent WWE at the World Games in Abu Dhabi. He opened up on a few topics including the chances of facing The Undertaker at Wrestlemania. As per his words, he was down with the idea and even tried to convince Stephanie McMahon around it. But the confirmations have not been received, yet.
Here are the comments from him,
“Well, I would really love to fight Undertaker at WrestleMania but given the fact that I lost the title on Monday. I think I’m gonna attempt to convince Stephanie [McMahon].”
Only two weeks are remaining to reach the biggest event of the year. With two more episodes of Raw to spare, it’s highly unlikely to see a new feud between The Deadman vs. The Demon King. Rather, Finn Balor is going to get his Intercontinental Title rematch against Bobby Lashley as “The Demon King” at WrestleMania 35.
He already dropped a hint of the same by claiming a title rematch on this week’s episode of Raw. This title rematch should become official for Wrestlemania 35 on this upcoming Monday night. As for the Undertaker, he will be making an appearance at WrestleMania 35 to have an impromptu match. It would mark his consecutive 27th appearance at the show of shows.
