We have initially reported that Triple H has injured himself at Crown Jewel. He teamed up with buddy Shawn Michaels at the PPV event against the Undertaker and Kane. D-Generation X reunion, as well as HBK returning to action, was a must see for the fans. The eventually won the match putting away the Brothers of Destruction. But Triple H could not evade a nasty throw by Kane.

While going over the top rope, he tore the pectoral muscle. He wrestled in one arm for the rest of the matchup. The legend showed true dedication by completing the main event match with a broken hand. It was certain that The Game had to undergo a surgery to fix the tear in his right hand. Well, that happened successfully.
WWE.com has published a report confirming that doctors successfully performed an operation on Triple H. He will now be off for a rehab process in due course. Renowned doctor Dr. Jeffery Duggas was the man behind this surgery. He is the man behind repairing limbs of a number of WWE Superstars in the past. Here’s the update,
“Triple H underwent successful surgery on Tuesday, Nov. 6, to repair a torn pectoral muscle suffered during D-Generation X’s match against the Brothers of Destruction on Friday, Nov. 2. Triple H will now undergo intensive rehabilitation and his timetable for full recovery is currently undetermined.”

Now The Cerebral Assassin himself gave a positive update on the social media about his condition. He is quite positive to make a healthy recovery to the ring in the future. But it is a long journey for the veteran considering his age. He had to spend some extra sessions in the gym to get back full strength in his right arm. Here’re his statements from Twitter,
“Out of surgery, happy to report all is well. Thanks to the excellent medical care of Dr. Dugas and his team and all the well wishes, messages, tweets, and texts I got over the weekend. Road to recovery starts…”
Torn pectoral muscle takes 5 to 9 months to heal up. In average six months look to be a minimum timespan to come back to in-ring competition. Going by this, it is safe to assume that The Game is missing this year’s Wrestlemania. He is in great shape though and can pull off a miracle to leave a great example to the young ones.
However, the insider feeling is that WWE will not receive this trusted shoulder at Wrestlemania. Over the years, his name has been a constant at the match card on this particular show in a marquee match. WWE has teased a potential contest against Batista, too for the next edition of the show. However, those plans do not exist following this unfortunate injury.
