She managed to become a seven-time women’s champion doing both wrestling and showing-off, efficiently. It is the benchmark performance possessed by a female name in the WWE. The fans always love to be ‘stratusfied’ by her which happened last at the Royal Rumble PPV. Being the greatest, she appeared at the coveted spot of number 30 to end the star-studded lineup.
The crowd gave a thunderous reaction to the WWE Hall of Famer. All of them at the Wells Fargo Center were standing on their feet for this emphatic return. She showed no whatsoever signs of a ring-rust and had some face-offs with the likes of Sasha Banks, Mickie James, The Bella Twins and more.

Recently, Trish Stratus appeared on Lilian Garcia’s Chasing Glory podcast to discuss performing at the women’s Royal Rumble match. Speaking of this, she brought on about how the call-up came for it from the company. She was terrified to get into the ring after being away for such a long time. “Let’s do the math: it has been about eight years since I wrestled. Last I did, I was doing some work with ‘Snooki’ in the ring and being dissed by John Morrison. I even said to Mark let’s talk first because I didn’t want to say a for sure yes, I would have to think about it because I questioned whether or not I can actually do this.”

The former women’s champion also talked about the ongoing women’s revolution. She said although regular following of WWE programming is not possible for her, she does follow the current superstars, quietly.

“It was incredible. Do I watch it every day? I don’t, but I definitely keep track of what is going on every week and what is going on, of course, all the current news with what is going on with the women. It is just amazing to watch–going back to the Women’s title coming back. That was such an epic moment so I have been watching carefully and who is rising in the ranks.”
