Since the year 2010 when Undertaker competed in the Wrestlemania 26 match against Shawn Michaels, he turned into a part-time employee in the WWE. He quitted as a full-time performer and mostly was seen during the Wrestlemania season. We have seen him last in the match against Shane McMahon at Wrestlemania 32 and the rumor mill suggests his presence in the Royal Rumble PPV.
We were in serious doubts if Undertaker is going to show up for next year’s Wrestlemania or not since he was furious with Vince telling him to digest a loss against Shane McMahon at Wrestlemania 32. But, legendary WWE announcer Jim Ross confirmed the Deadman’s presence at next year’s Wrestlemania.

JR is quite popular for his blog posts where he discusses many topics related to WWE. He was the one to break the news that WWE has come up with the idea of pitting Goldberg against Brock Lesnar. This time while giving answer to a fan who asked confirmation about Undertaker’s presence at Wrestlemania 33, he gave a positive reaction by saying,
“Nope. Taker will retire when he’s ready but I assume that well might be sooner than later. I could see one more bout at WM33 but I’m assuming.”
It certainly indicates the Phenome might return at the time of Royal Rumble to pick up a feud against his probable opponent, John Cena. Meanwhile, AllWrestlingNews.com suggested that Cena will be returning way ahead than thought. While we thought that he will be off for two months due to the filming for American Grit, he is supposed to return at the Survivor Series PPV. The franchise will be a part of the traditional Survivor Series elimination tag team match in the PPV.
It is yet to confirm whether he will be working on an off date at the last big PPV of the year. His schedule indicates that he will be present at the Madison Square Garden live event in December whereas rumor suggests that he will square off against AJ Styles for the WWE World title at the TLC PPV.
