WWE News: Update On Kevin Nash Returning On WWE Raw 25th Anniversary 1

The WWE Raw 25th anniversary is going to be a grand show in the history of the company. The flagship show of the biggest pro-wrestling promotion of the world has become a phenomenon today. It had made the childhood entertaining for the pro-wrestling fans since the beginning. Now, it’s time to celebrate the platinum jubilee in a big way.

As confirmed by the WWE, big names like The Undertaker, Ric Flair, Mick Foley, Kevin Nash and Shawn Michaels have been confirmed for the show to be hosted on January 22nd. This will also be the go-home edition of WWE Raw for the Royal Rumble PPV which means the hype up will be already bigger around the show.

However, as per the recent happenings, one legend’s return to the show is in quite a jeopardy. It’s Kevin Nash who is been dealing with a brutal injury that floated the speculations of missing the show. In case you don’t know, he was suffering from his past battle scars in his knee.

To fix the problem, the former NWO member was forced to undergo a surgery, earlier this month. He shared a picture of his knee on the Instagram account which was not a pleasant one to witness. It indicated that he might have to deal with the repercussions despite having a successful surgery.

This is the reason why speculations are all over the internet whether Kevin Nash will be able to attend the live TV show within two months of time span from the surgery. However, reports from Ringside News gave some positive updates about it. They suggested that he will be good enough to make a return on Monday Night Raw.

We expect to get more updates on the veteran performer in the near future. Hopefully, he will be okay to attend this auspicious occasion and have a reunion with the other pro-wrestling legends. In case you don’t know, Kevin Nash aka Diesel is semi-retired from competing inside the ring. Back in 2012, he had a short stint in the WWE.

At that point, CM Punk was supposed to be his opponent upon comeback. But, somehow the storyline angle was nixed out. Instead, Triple H started a feud with him resulting in a ladder match at TLC. After that, he returned at Wrestlemania 31 reforming NWO with Hulk Hogan and Scott Hall to gift us a true Wrestlemania moment.
