WWE News: Update On Braun Strowman Recovering From The Elbow Injury 1

Braun Strowman suffered an unfortunate injury following the Payback PPV. He featured in a gruelling contest against Roman Reigns at the Raw-exclusive PPV to emerge victorious giving enough punishment to his opponent. He was not done even after the match.

In the backstage area, he went on to attack The Big Dog beside an ambulance. Reign stepped aside to get out of the way causing him to get crashing down with doors of the vehicle. That was the prime reason of the elbow injury on that night.

Once that turned out to be a fatal one, WWE creative needed a way to show it from a storyline perspective. This was the reason why Roman Reigns sought his revenge on Braun Strowman on an episode of WWE Raw after returning. This sidelined him for an indefinite span of time with a surgery to the bruised elbow.

As per the updates from Raw GM, Kurt Angle, the mountain among men suffered a big injury which will cause him to be out of action up to six months. However, that was done just to hype up his return. According to the insider reports, Braun Strowman will resurface on television much sooner than initially expected.

In those reports, it is being stated that he is doing therapy to get over from the injury which had witnessed some miraculous effect. It means he will return to claim his revenge on Roman Reigns in much prior to the said time limit of six months.

Dave Meltzer was the one to indicate that the six-month stated by the WWE was just a worked number. He will be back merely in two months. He also stated that mid-July can mark the inevitable return of Strowman. This will also keep his match intact against Brock Lesnar at the Summerslam PPV.

Meanwhile, the monstrous heel is keeping us up-to-date with his latest conditions. His father has already stated that he will destroy Roman Reigns for damaging his son’s elbow and ruining his momentum. Prior to the injury, Strowman was faced to feature in the main event of the inaugural PPV, Great Balls of Fire in July.
