WWE News: Update on Daniel Bryan’s Condition Following Kane’s Attack
As we saw last week, Daniel Bryan was not happy at all with Shane McMahon invading Raw locker room to delivery an assault.
The commissioner decided to lead his roster to an unprecedented attack on the Raw roster with no clues whatsoever. So, the stars from the flagship show were literally defenceless.
Following the attack, Daniel Bryan was unhappy with Shane coming up with such nasty ideas of attacking the rival brand. The more interesting part was that the Smackdown general manager did not have a clue about it. So, he declared his frustrations about it.
Also, the former WWE Champion appeared on this week’s Raw to apologise to the Raw general manager, Kurt Angle. Being such a victim of the Raw under siege program, the Olympic Gold Medalist did not believe in the words of Bryan, at all.
Plus, the lights went out in the backstage area with Kane arriving at the scene. He grabbed his former tag team partner by his throat and delivered a nasty chokeslam. We all know the neck concussion history of Daniel Bryan, and hence there were quite concerns about his status after this devastating attack.

According to the updates provided by WWE.com, he will be getting checked up further upon which his state will be declared. Here is the update,
“WWE.com has learned that SmackDown General Manager Daniel Bryan was taken to a local medical facility to undergo further evaluation following a brutal surprise attack by Kane on Monday Night Raw. Check back with WWE.com for more information as it becomes available.”
The attack was planned on a kayfabe purpose, as the most popular superstars of this generation are not suffering from any injuries, for now. It was done to sideline him from WWE TV for the near future. He might be having an issue with travelling to the United Kingdom and hence will not be seen on Smackdown during the UK tour.
Smackdown roster is scheduled to take-off to overseas following last night’s episode in a journey that will continue for almost two weeks. Shane McMahon will be in charge of his show in the absence of the GM. Upon return, the rift between Bryan and Shane is likely to continue.
