WWE News: Update on The Bryan Kendrick Suffering an Injury

The injury bug continues its effect on the WWE Superstars in recent times which might cause some serious headache for the WWE officials heading into the Wrestlemania season. Dean Ambrose was the prime superstar who suffered a serious injury and has been taken out of action up to nine months, as per the recent updates from WWE.

Also, Noam Dar was the one who was taken out of action from the 205 Live division costing Enzo Amore’s Zo-train to get derailed in recent times. It has damaged the planning of the creative team, already. In addition, one of the most veteran superstars has suffered a concussion on the last edition of Monday Night Raw which was later confirmed by WWE.com.

The superstar getting onto the injured list is none other than The Bryan Kendrick who featured in a match against Hideo Itami on the flagship show. It was the first-ever singles match for the Japanese superstar on WWE Raw after which he proved to be a superstar who is not safe to work with.

Itami was quite fired up to perform in front of the Chicago crowd, as he uses the same finishing manoeuvre, as the Chi-town favourite, CM Punk. He even mentioned GTS to be the move innovated by himself before the match. But, he executed it in an unsafe way to hurt Kendrick’s face to take him out of action.

As per the updates from WWE.com, The Bryan Kendrick sustained a broken nose and broken orbital bone after competing in a match with Hideo Itami on WWE Raw. The injuries occurred when the newest addition to WWE 205 Live struck Kendrick with his signature Go-To-Sleep.

WWE Senior Ringside Physician Dr Chris Amann told,

“A fracture was suspected, and he was taken to a local emergency care facility in Chicago where a CT scan confirmed a diagnosis of an orbital wall fracture and a minimally displaced nasal bridge fracture. The orbital wall fracture penetrated the maxillary sinus without muscle or nerve entrapment, Amann explained. At this time, the injury appears nonsurgical.”

No updates are available as of when we can expect to see Bryan Kendrick back on board on the 205 Live show. Since no surgery is required, we expect him to be back in quick time.
