WWE News: Update on the Sister Abigail Character for Bray Wyatt

The rivalry between Bray Wyatt and Finn Balor has been ongoing for a long time now. We have supposed it to conclude at the bygone No Mercy PPV where the latter one picked up the second consecutive win against the Eater of the World. But, going forward, Wyatt is still interfering in Balor’s matches continuing the rivalry.
To make it even more interesting, Bray Wyatt hinted of his dead sister Abigail coming back. Initially, we did know that she was dead, and Bray has been mourning over it. But, on this past edition of Raw, he hinted that she is more than alive and might come back. It hyped up the speculation as of who could be the playing the role of Sister Abigail beside him.
Previously, Bryan Alvarez from Wrestling Observer Newsletter suggested that former Divas Champion Paige will be playing the role of Abigail. However, she is an established name in the pro-wrestling industry and a formidable character on her own who does not need any reintroduction. So, chances are less for it.
So, Bryan’s colleague from the same source, Dave Meltzer speculated that WWE had hired so many female competitors during the Mae Young Classic. It is now time to use any one of them in this role of Sister Abigail who can provide the boost that Bray Wyatt needs. Check out the veteran journalist’s comments (courtesy stillrealtous.com)
“Who’s new? Everybody’s either been in the Mae Young Classic or on TV — I don’t think they have anybody. Like even, there’s nobody new. I would think it would either be somebody like an NXT woman or somebody you already know. It would be better to be somebody new rather than somebody [they’re] recycling.”
On the other hand, Pro-wrestling Sheet reported that chances are less any female character will get used for this character. Rather, the former WWE Champion himself will be portraying the role. It will be considered as the alter ego of the bizarre persona. We might get to see the debut of the character at WWE TLC PPV. It is going to be much similar to that of The Demon King persona that Balor possesses.
