WWE’s major announcement for Goldberg and Undertaker
WWE paid the ultimate honor to Goldberg by inducting him into the Hall of Fame, last year. This could have marked the end of his pro-wrestling career but it’s not. The legend himself always kept the door wide open for a return whenever the opportunity is available. WWE may be bringing him back for one more occasion as per the current reports.
The official website of the WWE has now included Goldberg for an upcoming WWE show. The entire roster will fly to Saudi Arabia to host another pay-per-view event set for June 7th. With the current listing, the former Universal Champion may come back one more time either for a match or just for a special appearance on the show as a pro-wrestling legend.
WWE’s official Saudi Arabian website has recently announced that the Saudi Arabia PPV is happening no matter what. There was some serious speculation on this particular show due to USA fan backlash. However, the company has decided to go back to the middle-east country. The show will emanate from King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, on June 7th.
Goldberg could be one of the performers after the advertisement from the official website of WWE Saudi Arabia. Additionally, he himself put up a picture on his Instagram account pointing at the viewer, with a caption stating “stay tuned”. Also, he used his most famous catchphrase, “who’s next?” probably hinting towards a match in the near future.
Saudi Arabia King loves old school wrestling and he may be the one to bring back Goldberg back in the squared circle with a big money deal. Here’s more update from SportsKeeda.com in this regard,
“This announcement, along with Goldberg’s recent Instagram post, are indications that the WWE Hall of Famer might end up being a part of the upcoming show. It’s still not clear if he will wrestle on the show on not, but the WWE Universe should expect an announcement to be made soon.”
