WWE News: Winner Of The Roman Reigns Vs. John Cena Match At No Mercy Revealed 1

The inevitable match between the two franchise players of the company has finally been made official. The ‘clash of the Titans’ saga will be unveiled at No Mercy PPV on September 24th as announced, this week. Both of them signed a contract to make things official in public.

Also, they had a segment with mics in hand from promo purposes which are said to be the next promo-cutting segment, ever in this year. There’s no denying that being the faces of the company, they are allowed to deliver whatever they want. Plus, the words said by both of them was so real that heated up the upcoming battle creating animosity between them.

According to the reports of F4WONline, the entire script was a brainchild of the WWE creative heads rather than coming out of their mouth. There was a portion where Reigns forgot his lines which was an indication of how things were scripted. Even if some of the portions were made on their own, they were allowed to do so to build up their upcoming match.

As far as the outcome of the match is concerned, Forbes suggested that the match has arrived ‘too soon’ into the mix without any buildup. This is quite right since the feud started out of nowhere following Summerslam. But, it is also an indication that this rivalry might turn out to be long-term culminating more than one matches.

But, Inquistr reported that the match is bound to serve as the “torch passing” match where the former franchise, John Cena will hand over the baton to the current one, Roman Reigns. For years now, Cena has moved into a role of a part-timer for his Hollywood commitments. So, this match might pave the way for a perfect send-off for the 16-time world champion.

With that being said, it’s quite easy to predict that The Big Dog is going to be the one to stand tall following the match. This win will allow him to earn more accolades under his belt in the future. He needs this win to run things around Monday Night Raw for several years to come. As for Cena, it is going to be the inevitable swan-song for him.
