Women superstars are getting their own show namely Evolution on October 28th. It was a dream for WWE to host a separate PPV show featuring the female wrestlers only. This has finally become true with this event. More than 50 women superstars will compete in the upcoming show giving us some memorable matches. The Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, New York will be the host of it.
WWE has already confirmed that several former women superstars will come back at the Evolution PPV event. This automatically creates possibilities for some of the dream matches for the show. Trish Stratus will compete against Alexa Bliss in one of such matches. We look forward to more of those to be official in due course.
Meanwhile, WWE superstars started campaigning for their dream opponents for Evolution. They hope that WWE officials would listen to their pledge and arrange those matches for the PPV event. Bayley is amongst them who wished to compete against WWE Hall of Famer, Lita. She was under the supervision of the WWE Hall of Famer during NXT days. They do have a really good bond which is why they share a good chemistry.
But, it’s doubtful whether the creative team will sanction this match. Sasha Banks and Bayley are currently acting as a tag team on the roster. So chances are really high that they might bring back a duo to put against them at Evolution. They do deserve a solid match being the cornerstones of women’s revolution.
Nia Jax another big name from the WWE Raw roster. So she sounded her choice for the Evolution show, as well. She chose another behemoth name among the current women superstars i.e. Nia Jax. Currently, she had some words with the Sky Sports’ Lock Up podcast where she stated the following,
“If we are bringing back past competitors, I would love to get in the ring with Beth Phoenix, I would love for Beth and Nattie to get to tag against me and my cousin, Tamina I think that would be a fun match.”
We want to remind you that both of them belong to the Samoan Family of Roman Reigns and The Rock. So they are actually cousins in relation. It will be interesting to see a battle between these two family members. Previously we saw a glimpse of them during the women’s Royal Rumble.
Speaking of the Samoans brings us to another part of them i.e. Naomi. She recently revealed that Melina is her dream opponent for the Evolution PPV. This should be a good match between these incredible athletic superstars. But Melina has confirmed her exit from in-ring competition earlier this year. So this match might never happen in the WWE.
