Wrestlemania 35 is less than three weeks away in the PPV calendar. It will emanate from the MetLife Stadium in New York, New Jersey on April 7th. It is the Grandest Stage of Them All with no other matchup in the history of pro-wrestling. With every passing edition, the show becomes longer and the tradition is likely to continue.

Full Wrestlemania 35 lineup revealed
If reports are to follow then Wrestlemania 35 could be historic indeed by the looks of it. Forbes.com reported that WrestleMania 35 could be the longest WWE PPV of all time. By the looks of it, there could be 17 matches in store on the match card. No other previous WWE PPVs had such a huge match card, ever.
WWE has already confirmed 7 matches for Wrestlemania 35 including the WWE RAW Women’s Championship match. It will be the main event of the night where Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch Charlotte Flair will battle out. A No Holds Barred showdown between Batista and Triple H will also be on the card alongside the Universal Championship match.
The source added that WWE would add 10 more matches into the card. Daniel Bryan vs. Kofi Kingston, as well as a triple threat match for the SmackDown Women’s Championship, should find their way into the match card. Also, each of the championships from the main roster should be on the line on Wrestlemania 35.
Also, the two battle royal matches should be able to retain their spot on the Wrestlemania 35 match card. They might end up on the kick-off show like most of the previous years. All of these should drag the PPV length for almost 6 hours. Include the two hours of pre-show that should make the total length up to 7 hours and 30 minutes.
WWE’s main roster has been increasing for the last few years and so does the length of Wrestlemania. WrestleMania 32 ran for 4 hours and 51 minutes. The following year the show lasted for 5 hours and 10 minutes. 34 also ended consuming 5 hours and 10 minutes. All of these times do not include the 2-hour WrestleMania Kickoff show.
