With everyone eagerly waiting to know when the much anticipated WWE Draft will take place, WWE has finally decided to let us know the big day. The split of the roster will be conducted via the exciting WWE Draft on July 19th on WWE Smackdown, the day it is starting airing live on the USA Network on every Tuesday. (courtesy WWE.com)
WWE has posted the official statement of what to expect from the grand night and that is given below:
“The destiny of all WWE Superstars will be determined when SmackDown goes live for the first time ever Tuesday, July 19, at 8/7 C on USA Network. A WWE Draft will be conducted by respective General Managers to select which Superstars will compete exclusively on Monday Night Raw or SmackDown.
For the first time in history on back-to-back nights, these two distinctive brands (Monday Night Raw and Tuesday’s SmackDown) will compete with each other for television ratings, live events and pay-per-views.

The pro-wrestling industry was shaken with the news when WWE announced on Thursday that WWE Smackdown will have its own identity coming July 19. From the mentioned date, WWE Raw and Smackdown will both return to its original format making them two separate brands with separate roster and championships.

With that announcement the WWE, the universe started speculating about the much-anticipated date of the WWE Draft which was rumored to take place on July 18th episode of Raw. Never before in the history of WWE, WWE Draft took place on Smackdown which makes the upcoming July 19th night even special.
Now, by announcing the split to happen on Smackdown, WWE has ensured that people must tune into the grand premiere of Smackdown Live on the USA Network and might just have huge surprises in store to make it even grander. The countdown begins as the WWE Draft will determine which superstar and championship are going to stay on which brand as we look to unfold more in the upcoming weeks.
