WWE Raw witnessed a horrendous downfall regarding TV ratings, last week. They managed to keep thing steady for the entire time of Extreme Rules buildup.
Roman Reigns vs Bobby Lashley remained the prime rivalry during this span. It allowed more of the franchise player on our tv screen pushing the ratings to go upwards.
But the tradition suddenly changed last week when the show witnessed a massive decline in ratings. The show took place from Boston, Massachusetts observed the lowest ever ratings. The superstars failed to drag more viewership despite the efforts. Thankfully, things were back on track quickly on this past Monday Night.
As per the current reports, WWE Raw witnessed a significant upward going concerning viewership. Overall the show averaged 2.866 million viewers which were far better than last week. It almost increased 400000 than the go-home edition of the Extreme Rules, last week.
This week’s WWE Raw witnessed two solid triple threat matches in the main events. The first one witnessed Roman Reigns, Finn Balor and Drew McIntyre fighting it out for the contender’s spot. Reigns turned out to be the winner.
Furthermore, Bobby Lashley, Seth Rollins, and Elias battle it out for the second spot with Lashley coming out as the winner. This match closed the show on a good note and managed to score an overall good performance.
Usually, the viewership remains steady during the three-hour long course of the flagship show. But this week, the audience had other options on television causing a switch in channels. The Home Run Derby, Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta and Celebrity Softball caused the viewers to shift their networks during dull segments.
