Wrestlemania is considered as the ‘show of shows’. Everybody wants to be a part of it to write his or her name in the history books. It is the grandest stage that we also know as the showcase of immortals. Once someone delivers a performance here, people remember them for ages. No wonder why a superstar seems angry about missing it.
Mike Kanellis is the name who declared his frustration on missing the grandest event of the year. The 205 Live star was clearly not happy about his name getting withdrawn from the context. So he took his Twitter-handle to let the world know about his unhappiness. Going by his situation, his reaction seems justified.

A huge tournament is going on 205 Live to determine the #1 contender for the Cruiserweight Championship. The winner of this will challenge the champion Buddy Murphy at Wrestlemania 35. Sadly, Mike Kanellis is not in the list of superstars who got the chance to feature in the tournament.

So the former NJPW superstar vented out his frustrations on his social media handle. Here’s what he has posted,
“So I have a match next week & it’s not a tournament match. I’d like to say I’m surprised, but at this point, it’s just par for the course. Nice to know guys who aren’t even on the 205 Live roster get shots at Wrestlemania over me. I’m really sick of the blatant disrespect.”
Mike Kanellis and Maria Kanellis made their debuts in WWE in June 2017 at the Money in the Bank PPV event. With the gorgeous beauty by his side, Mike was supposed to get a good start in his dream job. However, his bad shape forced the officials to take him off the TV. Soon Maria got pregnant and they lost from the shuffle.
Apparently, these two never got out of that initial failure, to date. WWE is currently using him on 205 Live rather than main roster. But Mike Kanellis is clearly not happy with this. He always wanted a bigger stage to perform in. But when it comes to WWE, the competition is much higher and he failed to cope up with this.
Reports were out claiming that Mike Kanellis and Maria Kanellis wanted their release from WWE. However, Maria wiped out those rumors with a social media post. Mike has reportedly also wanted to work in the NXT UK brand. But WWE officials have declined that, too. At this point, his career is going nowhere and we won’t be surprised to see him out of the WWE, soon.
