Wrestlemania is the biggest event of the year that comes back every year in April. It used to be only a wrestling show only back in the time of innovation. But gradually it became an extravaganza also known as the ‘showcase of immortals’. It is a global brand that people anticipate to attend for a whole year. Huge match planned for The Rock at Wrestlemania 35
A backup plan for Wrestlemania 35 due to Triple H’s injury
The next edition of Wrestlemania will take place at the MetLife Stadium in New York, New Jersey. It is still a long way to go to the actual show. But the assumptions have already begun what could be the next destination for the biggest event of the year. A recent report suggested that WWE might have locked in the city as we wait for the official announcement.
Brad Sheperd on discussed the situation on You Didn’t Know Podcast saying that WWE wants to host it in Florida. They have moved away from the earlier plans from hosting it in other cities. Repetition is one of the major reasons that they could be a big bar to host it in the beautiful city. Over the course of the last ten years, Wrestlemania visited the state of Florida on three occasions.
Elton John to compete at Wrestlemania 35?
Orlando, Florida hosted Wrestlemania 24 and 33 whereas Miami had the opportunity for the 28th edition. So it could probably move to a different city, altogether. But WWE’s connection to this city might drag it back to here. Minnesota is the alternative name that is on the rumor mill for a long time. The source mentioned it but not confirmed, for now. “They did note that Florida keeps getting kicked around a lot lately even though they’ve done Orlando twice, they’ve done Miami and you know, it just doesn’t seem like there is anything serious going on about Minnesota. So nothing concrete on Minnesota being an option so I did want to at least report that because it’s out there that Minnesota is the destination.”
Fans do want to see Wrestlemania outside the familiar territory of the United States for a long time. London, United Kingdom is in the race for hosting the show. But it is doubtful whether WWE would like to move their entire crew across the ponds for this special night. We hope to hear a confirmed announcement regarding this once 2019 kicks off.
