WWE News: X-Pac Wants To Return And Face Braun Strowman In The Ring 1

In a recent episode of Sean Waltman aka X-Pac’s podcast, all the member of the former faction, The Kliq appeared. Besides Triple H, it featured X-Pac himself, Shawn Michaels, Scott hall and Kevin Nash. They went on to discuss if they ever have to return to the squared circle for one last match, whom they would like to face.

Scott Hall aka Razor Ramon declared that he would like to square off against the prizefighter, Kevin Owens if given a chance. He thinks that the reigning United States champion is in his primetime and would be the finest competitor.

Kevin Nash, on the other hand, intended to face another prime guy on the Raw brand i.e. Finn Balor. In would be quite interesting matchup if it does ever happen. Nash returned in 2011 against CM Punk but that turned out to be an utter disaster.

X-Pac himself revealed an interesting scenario where he declared that he would love to face Vince McMahon’s favourite one upon return. Despite being a smaller guy, he wished to wrestle none other than Braun Strowman.
The host of the podcast also declared that the names from the current WWE locker room who managed to impress him. Check out his statement:
“I’m a big fan of Shinsuke Nakamura maybe back in my prime, I wouldn’t want to get anywhere near a ring he was in now and the guy my mouth would be watering over would be Braun Strowman.”

Shawn Michaels also clarified his statement on AJ Styles. Previously, a dream match between Styles and Michaels was pitted by the WWE. However, HBK never wanted to come out of retirement, ever again. In the podcast he stated the following:

“Everybody’s heard mine, there’s a list of guys, AJ, Seth, Kevin. To me, it’s all these new faces that are the whole joy of the stuff, I could do new and innovative stuff with each and every one of them.”

It is clear from his statement that if he laces up his boots again, there would be a series of talents who will intend to go up against him. No one will leave the opportunity to face the greatest in-ring technician ever. But, Michaels is happy to be a part of the NXT performance centre and will continue to do so.
