WWE News: Zack Ryder Spoke on WWE Having Big Plans for Mojo Rawley

Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley used to be the best of friends for the past couple of years by performing as a tag team on both NXT and the main roster. After not getting a valid role in his singles career, Ryder was demoted to the NXT scene to team up with Rawley. The team named as the Hype Bros picked up quite a popularity among the audience.

However, they were unable to pick up any titles in these years. Neither they captured the NXT tag team championships nor the Smackdown tag titles. At one point, the team was given momentum for being the number one contenders on the blue brand. But, Zack Ryder suffered a knee injury to spoil the opportunity.

Now, Ryder is a veteran of the pro-wrestling circuit who earned multiple titles in his career. But, Mojo Rawley certainly has to prove his presence on the roster by having a strong run which was blocked by his partner. So, a heel turn was evident for him by turning on his partner. He did the same, last year and picked up a big win at the Clash of Champions PPV.

Ryder and Mojo will continue the feud on Smackdown by having yet another match on this upcoming edition of the show. They were enlisted in the United States Championship tournament that will give an opportunity to the coveted title at Royal Rumble.

Recently, the former US Champion gave an interview on Twitter hyping-up the upcoming match. He stated that WWE might have big planning for the young Rawley, at this point. But, he will stop at nothing while spoiling the party for the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, for now. Check out his quotes,

“I’m a 32-year-old man, who’s been here for too damn long, has worked too damn hard, for too damn little. I am sick and tired of always being the underdog; I am sick and tired of always taking one step forward and two steps back; I am sick and tired of always being sick and tired.”

He also added he is the one to blame for making the situation worse for him. So, the goal is set for him, as he intends to win the US title for the second time at Royal Rumble.
