This week’s WWE NXT brought the fallouts of the bygone WarGames from this past Sunday. Johnny Gargano’s farewell scene featured in the main event segment which didn’t go as planned. A new challenger for the Cruiserweight Title was revealed while new challengers emerged for the women’s title, as well. Check out the results from the show that went down from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida,

– Von Wagner defeated Kyle O’Reilly in a Steel Cage Match in the opening contest. Wagner gave a low blow to Kyle, launched O’Reilly into the steel a few times, and then drove him with a big slam for the pin to win. Wagner also smashed the Steel Cage door in Kyle’s face twice after the match.

WWE NXT 2.0 Results (07/12/21): Post WarGames 2021 Episode 1

– Joe Gacy said the result of his Cruiserweight Title match against Roderick Strong at NXT WarGames didn’t matter. He was a Heavyweight who competed for the Cruiserweight Title. He wanted to change the name of 205 Live, next. Gacy also revealed that Harland will make his in-ring debut next week.

– Bron Breakker stated that his score with WWE NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa has been settled in 1-1. Ciampa beat him at Halloween Havoc and he beat Ciampa at WarGames. He then challenged Ciampa to a Title match again.

The Diamond Mine rather interrupted as Malcolm Bivens stated that now that the weight limit has been lifted for 205 Live, NXT Cruiserweight Champion Roderick Strong wanted to face Breakker. Strong vs. Breakker was announced for next week’s NXT 2.0.

– Brooks Jensen and Josh Briggs then defeated The Creed Brothers of the Diamond Mine. Briggs saw James Drake and Zack Gibson standing on the announce table with the tag rope. Jensen then rolled up Brutus for a soft win.

WWE NXT 2.0 Results (07/12/21): No Holds Barred Match set

– Duke Hudson came out wearing a wig because he lost a Hair vs. Hair match to Cameron Grimes at NXT WarGames and thereby lost his hair. Hudson also informed that he took care of the trimmed part of his head with a wig. Grimes came out and offered to have a No Holds Barred match with Hudson which was accepted. Grimes also tried to take off his wig, but Hudson managed to escape.

– Jacket Time and the Grizzled Young Veterans featured in a brawl in a backstage segment with Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen present in the scene.

WWE NXT 2.0 Results (07/12/21): Post WarGames 2021 Episode 2

– Dexter Lumis defeated WWE NXT North American Champion Carmelo Hayes via DQ after Trick Williams interfered. Lumis applied the Silence but Trick broke it up from ringside through the ropes, forcing the referee to call the match for the disqualification. After the match, Lumis applied The Silence on Trick but Hayes made the save.

– RAW Tag Team Champion Riddle was revealed to be The Shaman for the former NXT Tag Team Champions MSK.

– WWE NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne defeated Valentina Feroz and Yulisa Leon in a tag team match. Jayne picked up the win after hitting Feroz with a Superkick. After the match, NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose challenged anyone to step up to her. Cora Jade and Raquel Gonzalez came out to be her next challenger as Toxic Attraction had to retreat.

– Santos Escobar with Legdao del Fantasma by her side defeated Xyon Quinn in a singles contest. Joquaine Wilde provided the distraction to Quinn as Santos hit a Phantom Driver on Quinn to get the pinfall win.

– In the main event segment, Johnny Gargano came out to address the fans. He said WWE NXT is the only place he has ever felt special in his life. This is the reason why he never left this brand for RAW/SmackDown.

WWE NXT 2.0 Results (07/12/21): Post WarGames 2021 Episode 3

He is set to start the most important job of his life in February 2022 and that’s to become a father. Suddenly, he got attacked by Grayson Waller with a steel chair in the back. He powerbomb-ed Gargano through the announce table to end the show, as fans heavily booed Waller.
