Mandy Rose was released from the WWE NXT brand on a sudden basis that took the WWE Universe with shock. She was one of the main reasons due to which people would’ve tuned into NXT 2.0. Hence, it’s safe to say NXT is ongoing without one of its top stars of the modern era. During her tenure in WWE’s developmental territory, the former Raw Superstar ruled the roost via a dominant championship reign.
Her dominance just increased over the time with help from Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne, collectively known as Toxic Attraction. With Mandy Rose’s exit, it seemed like Gigi and Jacy intended to take forward their tag team. Plus, they might have also found Grayson Waller as her replacement, if this WWE creative was willing to form a new mixed tag team and form a new version of Toxic Attraction.
WWE NXT: Update On Toxic Attraction After Jacy Jayne’s Betrayal On February 7 Episode
Since Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne were left on the NXT brand without a mentor and leader of the faction, Grayson Waller was teasing to take the spot. This came after Mandy Rose recently reacted to a photo posted by Waller on his Twitter with Dolin and Jayne with the caption stating, “Toxic Attraction.”

Mandy Rose could be approving Grayson Waller’s inclusion to Toxic Attraction
Mandy Rose reacted with an emoji which she could only do from outside the WWE. She could only be wondering if the trio had really joined forces and Waller had indeed replaced her as the new leader of Toxic Attraction. The former WWE NXT Women’s Champion dropped a “thinking” emoji as she could only be intrigued by the possibilities of Jayne and Dolin moving on with a new friend-cum-guide. However, Jayne and Dolin disbanded, last week, already.
Grayaon Waller achieved success on WWE NXT
Grayson Waller came to WWE NXT back in 2021 similar to the Toxic Attraction members. As a bonafide heel, he was one of the fastest-rising superstars in the NXT 2.0 brand’s history. His in-ring skill as well as the promo skills reflected in his personality and it led to a main event push, down the road.
Grayson Waller won the first-ever Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT Deadline in December 2022 to secure a shot at the NXT championship against Bron Breakker at NXT: New Year’s Evil and then at NXT Vengeance Day due to the earlier match having a count-out end.
In the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge, Roxanne Perez won the match who then ended Mandy Rose’s 413-day reign as champion on the December 13, 2022 episode of NXT. The very next day, she was fired from WWE for posting adult content on her private website.
