WWE NXT brand is moving forward after Stand & Deliver at the Wrestlemania 39 weekend to the next stop. A special themed episode is planned within a few days in the form of Spring Breakin’ 2023 and the builds are continuing. The upcoming episode of NXT already had two title matches on the card. Then, WWE also added a new championship segment to it.
Before they compete over the WWE NXT Championship, Carmelo Hayes and Grayson Waller will come face-to-face on the April 18 episode on one of the premier talk shows from the brand – The Grayson Waller Effect, hosted by Waller. WWE broke the news on social media by stating that the two will appear in the same ring when the reigning champion, Hayes will join Waller as a special guest on the show for tomorrow’s edition,
“BREAKING: Ahead of their Championship Match at #NXTSpringBreakin’, NXT Champion @Carmelo_WWE will join @GraysonWWE as a special guest on ‘The Grayson Waller Effect’ THIS TUESDAY!” offered WWE in their tweet.

Waller bounced back after Stand & Deliver loss
Grayson Waller suffered a huge loss to Johnny Gargano at WWE NXT Stand & Deliver on April 1. However, his aspirations to capture the top gold on the NXT brand is still intact as he grabbed the third opportunity of this year to challenge for the belt, next week at NXT Spring Breakin’.
WWE Smackdown: Two Title Matches And More Announced For April 21 Episode
After Hayes won the title at WWE NXT Stand & Deliver from Bron Breakker, earlier this month, WWE booked a fatal-4-way between Dragon Lee, JD McDonagh, Waller, and Duke Hudson, with the stipulation saying that the winner will earn the right to be the number one contender. Waller eventually pinned Hudson to secure the win and get the title shot.
In another announcement for this week’s WWE NXT, it’s been announced that Noam Dar will be returning to action after a long gap. He made his big return to Tuesday nights, last week, and now he gets the chance to show the world his in-ring techniques. His opponent was yet to be revealed.
