A number-one contender’s match for WWE NXT Championship was featured in the main event spot of this week’s NXT. Top Superstars Cora Jade and Bron Breakker were present on the show to explain their actions while the NXT women’s tag team championships were also on the line on this latest bygone April 11 episode. – WWE NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes alongside Trick Williams featured in a confrontation segment with Dragon Lee, JD McDonagh, and Grayson Waller. This set up the main event match of the night to determine the next challenger for the title held by Hayes.

– WWE NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn defeated Fallon Henley and Kiana James to retain their titles in the opening contest of the night. Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen appeared in between the match, distracting Henley in the process. Dawn delivered a kick and tag in Fyre who ascended to the top and delivered a senton for the win.

– Duke Hudson was honored by Chase U in an MVP Ceremony which was interrupted by Bron Breakker who was happy to volunteer his position for an NXT Title Match opportunity to Hudson. Breakker went to leave but he instead speared Andre Chase.
– Eddy Thorpe defeated Javier Bernal with a German suplex followed by the Manifest Destiny finisher.
WWE NXT Results (11/04/23): Tiffany Stratton in action
– Tiffany Stratton defeated Sol Ruca after sending her into the mat and then connecting with her off-the-top-rope moonsault.
– Cora Jade appeared for a promo where she blasted WWE NXT Women’s Division. Lyra Valkyria interrupted her and sent her a warning. Jade slapped her but Valkyria responded with a kick. Valkyria went for a second kick, but Jade rolled out of the ring just in time.
– Ilja Dragunov defeated Von Wagner ensuring that Mr. Stone will no more be on Wagner’s side on WWE NXT. In a short match, Ilja executed her torpedo finisher to emerge victorious.
– Joe Coffey (with Gallus members) defeated Tank Ledger in a singles match after delivering with a couple of discuss lariats.
– Grayson Waller defeated Duke Hudson, Dragon Lee, and Ilja Dragnov in a fatal-4-way main event match to become the new number-one contender for WWE NXT Championship. The finishing sequence saw Waller catching Lee with a Stunner before pinning Hudson who was already down from a Powerbomb by Lee. Carmelo Hayes came out to confront Waller as the show went off the air.
