After a long wait of almost a couple of years, The Cavinder Twins finally showed up on WWE NXT television during the latest episode. It happened after the main event segment in a minor role as they came to the ring to congratulate the new challenger for the NXT Women’s Championship held by Tiffany Stratton.

In the main event of NXT, this week, an NXT Women’s Championship number-one contender battle royal took place with the participants being Jakara Jackson, Lash Legend, Elektra Lopez, Lola Vice, Tatum Paxley, Gigi Dolin, Jacy Jayne, Cora Jade, Kiana James, Roxanne Perez, Lyra Valkyria, Fallon Henley, Yulisa Leon, Valentina Feroz, Brooklyn Barrow, Kelani Jordan, Dana Brooke and the winner Thea Hail.

After Hail clinched the win by toppling Jade and Brooke over the top rope, The Cavinder Twins came out and hoisted Hail on their shoulders alongside the other Chase U members. It appears that the two mainstream celebrities will now be a part of the Chase University storyline led by their teacher Andre Chase. Hail herself is a student of the school.

The Cavinder Twins signed a contract with the WWE in 2021

Heading into this week’s NXT, The Cavinder Twins did indicate that they’re going to make their presence felt on the show. It was Hanna Cavinder who shared photos of her and her sister, Haley, in the ring at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. In the tweet, she implied that the WWE Universe may finally get to see their “fav tag team” during last night’s show.

It was in December 2021 that The Cavinder Twins signed a contract with WWE’s Next In Line (NIL) program after playing college basketball at the University of Miami in Florida. Earlier this year in April, the sisters opted out of their fifth year of NCAA eligibility and teased that they are looking forward to enjoying the next chapter in life, possibly in the WWE.

At the time, their agent also confirmed stated that the Cavinder Twins were set to start training at the WWE Performance Center during the spring which might have already begun, and as a result, we could see them on TV. In addition to their WWE contract, they’ve also signed a deal with Caktus AI.
