Tiffany Stratton is the reigning NXT Women’s Champion over the past couple of months who won the title at Battleground PLE in May. Being touted as one of the future superstars of the main roster, she’s expected to feature in a mega feud that should elevate her to the mainstay level.
WWE has placed its focus on the NXT brand in the last few months as they are constantly sending main roster superstars to Tuesday nights to pull up some ratings. NXT brand’s television deal coming up soon, and this effort is being noticed to create some interest. Becky Lynch is the newest name to be included in the equation who could be returning to her old stomping grounds to face Tiffany Stratton.
The first tease of Becky’s arrival to the NXT brand was made a few days ago after the top superstar was namedropped on NXT by Tiffany Stratton as the latter claimed to be a better NXT Women’s Champion than the three Four-Horsewomen of the WWE. Becky then responded to the comment on a positive note about appearing on the third brand of the WWE.

Becky Lynch vs. Tiffany Stratton feud planned on WWE NXT?
In an update, WRKD Wrestling tweeted out to say that there are plans for THE MAN to arrive at the NXT brand so that she could work together with the reigning NXT Women’s Champion in a program for the title. This very well could be Becky’s next feud now that she’s finished with Trish Stratus at Payback.
“Becky Lynch is expected to face off against NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton in the near future,” the source hinted.
Becky Lynch to add star power to NXT programming
Speculations are on about Becky Lynch’s potential run on the NXT roster, primarily since she could be a big star power for the brand to hold down a steady viewership. Besides, The Irish Lass-Kicker used to be one of the mainstays of the original NXT brand as one of the four horsewomen of NXT when Dusty Rhodes was in charge of things.
However, unlike her contemporaries like Charlotte Flair, Bayley, or Sasha Banks, Becky never had the opportunity to have a run with the NXT Women’s Title. So, Tiffany Stratton could very well be her next target and it could just be a matter of time before she returns to the white-and-gold brand for a one-off stint.
