Mandy Rose is no longer associated with the WWE programming but it doesn’t mean that WWE Universe has forgotten her. She was an integral part of the NXT 2.0 era before getting fired by the company on December 14 and hence it’s not easy to totally forget her. After all, she is the third longest-reigning WWE NXT Women’s Champion of all time.
It’s now proven that Mandy Rose herself also follows WWE programming as she was watching NXT Vengeance Day, this weekend and she was definitely impressed by the performances of her two former Toxic Attraction stablemates – Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne who for the first time combinedly challenged for the NXT Women’s Championship held by Roxanne Perez.

Following the match, Mandy Rose took to Twitter to say, “Proud of my girls.” This came after the heel duo competed in the scheduled triple threat match against each other and Roxanne Perez for the title that their leader once had held for 413 days. It was Perez, herself who defeated her for the gold on the December 13 episode and that eventually marked the final match for her as she was released from her WWE contract the day after.
Jayne and Dolin taking Toxic Attraction forward after Mandy Rose’s WWE exit
Since the departure of Mandy Rose, Jacy Jane, and Gigi Dolin have continued working together to take forward The Toxic Attraction faction. Together, they secured the chance to compete against Perez at NXT’s first televised TV taping outside of Orlando since the Stand & Deliver show during WrestleMania 38 weekend last year but the match didn’t create a rift between them.
Throughout the match, Dolin and Jayne worked together despite being opponents of each other. After a brief turn-on, they managed to stay on the same page but ultimately, the former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions were unable to capture the gold. The Champion Perez retained the title after sending Dolin crashing through a table followed by a Super Pop Rocks on Jayne to secure the victory.
It was a unique booking on WWE’s part to pit Dolin and Jayne in the same title match as opponents, possibly to elevate them as singles performers now that Mandy Rose is out of the equation. It remains to be seen what could be next for Jayne and Dolin and whether they are slated for a main roster call. As for their former leader, she is still continuing to offer premium content through her personal FanTime account, the reason behind WWE firing her.
