A new bunch of recruits now dubbed as WWE Performance Center 2022 class for the ongoing fall has officially been announced by the WWE. As always, the new crop of talents will start training at the PC situated in Orlando, Florida to possibly make debuts for the company with the NXT brand.

The WWE Performance Center was originally founded in 2013 with the goal of producing the next generation of WWE superstars. Over the past several years, most of the bunch have been able to bring out some of the company’s top stars Braun Strowman, Alexa Bliss, Bayley, Bianca Belair, and many more.

All these names made it through the intense training sessions at the WWE Performance Center. In the time of introducing a new class, WWE has revealed all of those names, recently. The individuals were recruited from a tryout that WWE held during SummerSlam weekend in Nashville, Tennessee. WWE had seemingly moved away from traditional independent wrestlers to recruit other athletes and entertainers.

Some of those special collegiate athletes are Alivia Ash (2020 ACC High Jump Champion), Harleigh White (2022 Outdoor ACC Triple Jump Champion), Rickssen Opont (Haitian National Shotput Record Holder who can squat 900 lbs), Lea Mitchell (3xTime MVP Gymnast), and Anna Keefer (5xNCAA All-American).

The full list of latest recruits is as follows: Beau Morris, Kevin Ventura-Cortes, Hayden Pittman, Alivia Ash, Skylor Clinton, Franki Strefling, Chukwusom Enekwechi, Harleigh White, Rickssen Opont, Lea Mitchell, Anna Keefer, Kennedy Cummins, Breanna Ruggiero, Jade Gentile, and Monika Klisara.

These days, a bunch of WWE Performance Center recruits is hired based on their tryouts under the supervision of WWE higher-ups. College Athletes who excelled at various sports can also have a tryout at the facility for the chance to become a WWE Superstar. Also, the company hosts various such tryouts in time for big premium live event weekends.

It should be noted that while these athletes will start immediate training at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, there is no guarantee that we will get to see them on WWE programming, down the road. Only time will tell whether any of these athletes will excel in their pro-wrestling skills to the next level to be on WWE TV in due course.
