WWE: Update on potential injury suffered by Seth Rollins
The names of superstars on the injury list are increasing in the WWE giving a major headache for the WWE creative team. Prior to this, a bunch of names was sidelined from in-ring competition while working over-time inside the squared circle.
Names like Dean Ambrose, Samoa Joe fell victim to this. Furthermore, Paige from the women’s division and Bryan Kendrick, Noam Dar from the Cruiserweight division was also suffered the same consequences.
In recent times, Jason Jordan from Raw and Kevin Owens from Smackdown Live is said to be suffering from a minor concussion that forced the WWE officials to keep both of them competing in rigorous matches on a weekly basis.
They were kept on a lighter schedule even before the Royal Rumble PPV event.
In case you have noticed the WWE Raw tag team championship at the dual-brand PPV event, Jason Jordan hardly competed in the match leaving his partner, all alone.
A back problem was bothering him for a long time which is why the team of Jordan-Rollins was forced to drop the tag titles.
On a storyline perspective, it was projected that Jordan was dealing with a head injury after taking a shot to the head into the ring.
From that point, Seth Rollins was the one to drag the entire match competing against both Sheamus and Cesaro. In the process, he might have picked up an injury, too.
According to the reports from Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the Architect, Seth Rollins is dealing with a back injury, too. He was being forced to work with this concussion due to lack of big names available for the consecutive shows.
Despite this, Rollins not only competed in the Royal Rumble PPV show but also in the Raw-exclusive house shows and TV tapings. Due to this, both Jordan and Rollins were not present on last week’s episode of the show.
Check out the updates from SportsKeeda.com:
“This injury comes in hot pursuit of his Tag Team partner Jason Jordan’s potentially serious injury. Furthermore, it’s also being emphasized that as of this time, it’s unknown as to whether the Architect could miss out on in-ring competition owing to the injury in the days to come.”
Hopefully, the major attraction from WWE Raw can find a way back into the WWE programming on this upcoming episode overcoming the concussion.
