Despite the fact that WWE isn’t utilizing Alexa Bliss to her full potential, she remains an asset to the women’s division. Her achievements in the WWE speak for herself but it’s been more than two years since she captured a championship or even regularly featured in the championship picture. Things have slightly changed, though with Triple H taking charge of creative things on Raw.
Alexa Bliss returned to WWE television back in May. Since then, she has mostly been part of random tag team matches cum feuds for which WWE’s booking department has been criticized. After Becky Lynch went into an injury hiatus following Summerslam, it appears that her position has become better as she’s constantly helping out Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair against the DAMAGE CTRL faction.

This also allowed Alexa Bliss to feature in two consecutive main event matches in recent weeks. She competed against Dakota Kai and IYO SKY on the September 26 and October 3 episodes, respectively, and lost both of them. But the fact is that both the matches took place in the main event capacity and a WWE Universe member had problems with it.

Alexa Bliss featured in two straight main event matches on Raw
Pro wrestling YouTuber JD from New York shared his thoughts on last week’s Raw main event match and believed that Alexa Bliss shouldn’t be in the main event. Check out his comments,
“Bliss and IYO SKY closed the show last night. That is not the main event. You don’t put that match in the main event and then expect people to hang around till 11 O’clock to that be the culmination of Monday Night RAW for three hours. That is ridiculous. In no way, on no planet, should Alexa Bliss be in the main event of any show. She is absolutely ice-bird cold.”
The Twisted Goddess noticed the opinion and fired back at JD using her Twitter handle. She pointed out that her merchandise sales speak for themselves,
“Tell That to my Merch sales JB. Keep doing your job which is talking about… Me.”

That being said, we can expect to see Alexa Bliss a lot more in the main event capacity of WWE Raw. The former Raw Women’s Champion also jumped on Instagram after RAW this week, to show off a blackened finger that she developed after her match against IYO SKY. Hopefully, the injury isn’t much fatal and The Five Feet of Fury won’t miss any time due to it.
