Bad Bunny was present on WWE Raw after Wrestlemania 39 which made sense since he was announced to be the host of Backlash. However, the celebrity was also inserted into a storyline on that night to affirm the fact that he will also be in action in the next PLE.
Back at Wrestlemania 39, Dominik Mysterio took help from Judgment Day members and was moments away from hitting his father Rey Mysterio with a chain and then stealing a victory at The Showcase of the Immortals. However, Bad Bunny, who was sitting at ringside, grabbed that chain from Dom’s hand, causing a distraction that ultimately helped Rey to pick up the victory.

Bad Bunny to compete in his 3rd WWE match at Backlash
While nothing regarding his appearance on WWE Raw has been announced, it is likely that he will eventually be booked in a tag team match with Rey Mysterio against the team of Dominik Mysterio and Damian Priest of Judgment Day.
Bad Bunny has only competed in two matches in his WWE career but he’s been impressive so to speak. Interestingly, his very first match was a tag team matches alongside Damian Priest at WrestleMania 37 in 2021 when the duo defeated The Miz and John Morrison.
Then in 2022, the veteran music artist returned to the WWE during the men’s Royal Rumble match. Bad Bunny didn’t manage to last long in that match after taking an F5 from the eventual winner of that match, Brock Lesnar. Then his next WWE TV appearance came at Wrestlemania 39 on Saturday, April 1.
