WWE Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch was the headliner of this week’s episode which was the post-Rumble edition. She was humiliated by Ronda Rousey, first and then she was given an opponent at the upcoming Elimination Chamber PPV event in the form of a WWE Hall of Famer. Even more bad news was in store for her once the show was over.

Lynch was squashed in just 12 seconds by Bianca Belair in a dark match after this week’s WWE RAW main show went off the air. In the published videos on the internet via fans in attendance of the Heritage Bank Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, Lynch tried to escape the arena but she was chased back to the ring by WWE Hall of Famer Lita.

The match bell rang as she ran straight into a KOD from Belair for the pin-fall loss. This was apparently a payback for Belair who was squashed by Lynch back at Summerslam for the Smackdown Women’s Title in just 26 seconds. However, this win didn’t feature on television. Belair vs. Lynch is being rumored to happen at Wrestlemania for the time being.

Lynch and Rousey came face to face on WWE Raw

In the main show of WWE Raw, Lynch accepted Lita’s challenge for a match at the upcoming Elimination Chamber event in Saudi Arabia. It was during the final segment of the show where Lynch interrupted the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble winner Ronda Rousey’s promo session, claiming that she’s the only woman to beat Rousey in her entire WWE career.

Rousey would take down Big Time Becks with a judo throw and then announce that she would pick her WrestleMania 38 opponent this Friday on SmackDown. In the upcoming show, she is expected to confront SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair and thereby perhaps set up the Rousey vs. Flair bout at The Grandest Stage of Them All.

Rousey made her return in the 30-Woman Royal Rumble Match on Saturday night in St. Louis and ended up winning the match by last eliminating Flair. This was apparently a setup for the upcoming bout. Then she made her return on WWE Raw in almost three years but she is yet to let know her Wrestlemania decision.
