Wrestlemania 35 hypes began in a grand fashion on last night’s episode of WWE Raw. Triple H and Batista came face to face confirming a final match at the biggest event. The Shield moved on to their future after one final reunification at Fastlane. Also, there was an Intercontinental title match in-store on the show. Here’re full results from the show that took place at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The Shield appeared on WWE Raw to kick things off with a farewell speech. It was a short segment where we learned that Roman Reigns will have his first singles match on the show after his comeback from Leukemia. Reigns and Ambrose left for backstage while Rollins stayed to address his Wrestlemania match against Brock Lesnar.
Paul Heyman came out to interrupt his promo on WWE Raw. Soon Shelton Benjamin attacked Rollins from the back and hit three German Suplexes. This set up the opening contest between the two of them. Shelton took control by throwing Rollins into the LED boards. He gave a couple of release German Suplexes before teasing an F-5. But Rollins countered with a Stomp for the victory.
Bobby Lashley challenged Finn Balor for the Intercontinental Championship, next. Balor was in control hitting a Sling Blade on Lashley. Lio Rush appeared at ringside and started ringing the bell providing the distraction. Balor went outside and took out Rush. While coming back into the ring, Lashley caught with a spear in mid-air to win back the IC title.
WWE Raw Women’s Champion “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey headed to the ring to cut a heel promo. Dana Brooke appeared to challenge her in a championship match since it’s the day after a pay-per-view. Brooke got victimized by Rousey immediately. Rousey hit her with Piper’s Pit and beat her down. One of the officials digested a slap from the champion before walking out of the ring.

Aleister Black and Ricochet vs. Bobby Roode and Chad Gable was next match lineup on WWE Raw. Gable and Roode hit a German Suplex/blockbuster combo for a near fall victory. But Ricochet came back with a modified GTS on Roode. He made the tag to Aleister who gave a Black Mass on Gable for the win.
Alexa Bliss hosted a shirt segment of A Moment of Bliss on WWE Raw. She let us knew that This year’s host of WrestleMania will be Alexa Bliss.
Braun Strowman received a red sports car as a present from Colin Jost and Michael Che who are the guest correspondents of WrestleMania 35. Strowman could not get fit into the car. Hence he started destroying it! He sent a warning on Jost and Che when they arrive at Wrestlemania.
Elias was strumming his guitar on WWE Raw trying to present a song. No Way Jose interrupted and danced his way down to the ring. Elias hit Jose with a Baseball Slide. He further connected with a Drift Away on Jose to end the segment.
Nia Jax was about to have a singles match on WWE Raw against Natalya. But the match never started since Beth Phoenix attacked Nia right after the bell rang. Phoenix powered Jax out of the ring and stood tall with Natalya. At the backstage area, Nia and Tamina got into a brawl with Sasha Banks and Bayley.
Batista appeared on WWE Raw to have a confrontation with Triple H. He brought security guards with him. Triple H asked why he needed it. Batista responded learning it from the two dirtiest players in the game, Triple H and Ric Flair. He pleaded for one last match at Wrestlemania which Triple H accepted. Furthermore, it will be a No Holds Barred match.
Kurt Angle appeared in his hometown of Pittsburgh to address his future. He confirmed to have his farewell match at Wrestlemania. But he also competed in the last match in his hometown against Apollo Crews. Angle hit his opponent with a trio of German Suplexes. But Crews hit back with a step-up enziguiri. Angle hit the Angle slam quickly to pick up the win.
Roman Reigns vs. Baron Corbin was the main event of this week’s WWE Raw. But Drew McIntyre attacked him from the back while he was making the entrance. He hit Reigns with two Claymore Kicks on the ramp. The doctors and Shield buddies came out to help Reigns to the backstage area.
Dean Ambrose seemed irate with McIntyre’s actions. He wanted a match against him and Triple H made it a Falls Count Anywhere match. Ambrose had the early advantage, hitting a suplex on McIntyre. But the heel one came back hitting a belly-to-belly overhead suplex on the floor. McIntyre put his head through a steel railing and hit a Claymore Kick to pick up the win and close this week’s WWE Raw.
